THE REVENUE GAP

Enterprise expansion
isn't happening.

Your best customers are getting value. Your team is busy. The relationships look healthy. But expansion still depends on someone remembering to push the right account at the right time.

The opportunity is not missing. The operating focus is.

01

Account potential is invisible

Every account looks important, so teams spread effort evenly instead of concentrating on the few with material upside.

02

Value is not commercialized

Customer outcomes stay in success plans and QBRs instead of becoming executive business cases for broader investment.

03

Ownership is fragmented

CS sees the signal. Sales owns the number. Leadership expects growth. Nobody owns the complete path from insight to expansion.

THE RAMP ZERO APPROACH

Know which accounts can grow.
Then go win the expansion.

We identify the accounts worth pursuing, build the commercial path, and work with your team until real opportunities are moving.

01

Expansion Scoring

We find the accounts with the strongest combination of need, access, adoption, and budget so your team stops guessing where to focus.

WHY THIS WORKS

Enterprise growth is not a workshop problem.

Your team does not need more advice. It needs someone to connect customer value to a decision an executive can fund.

I have done that work inside complex enterprise portfolios at Gartner, Nasdaq, PTC, and Matterport. I have seen what gets lost between a healthy account and an approved expansion.

MEET THE FOUNDER

This was built inside real enterprise accounts.

I've spent more than a decade helping enterprise customers turn complex technology into measurable business results. At Gartner, I advised enterprise executives on digital transformation strategy and technology adoption. At Nasdaq, I managed a large enterprise SaaS portfolio across strategic accounts in the financial sector, driving renewals and expansions while mentoring junior account managers. At Matterport, I managed complex enterprise accounts and led strategic work across retention, adoption, integrations, and expansion.

I built Ramp Zero because I kept seeing the same expensive gap: strong products, valuable enterprise customers, and clear room to grow, but no one owned the full path from customer value to expansion revenue. Ramp Zero closes that gap.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Is Ramp Zero the right fit?

We keep the first conversation direct. You will leave knowing whether the opportunity is worth pursuing.

Who is this for?

Ramp Zero is designed for Series A and B SaaS companies with meaningful enterprise revenue, typically $5M to $100M ARR, where existing accounts have credible room to grow.

What makes a company a strong fit?

You have valuable enterprise customers, a credible product, and executive commitment to expansion. The missing piece is a focused, repeatable motion that turns account potential into revenue.

Is this a retention program?

No. Healthy accounts matter, but our work is built around expansion. We focus on finding credible growth opportunities within the existing customer base and building a practical path to pursue them.

How involved does our team need to be?

We embed with the leaders and account teams closest to the work. The goal is focused participation, not more meetings. We do the heavy lifting and make the path clear.

When should we expect movement?

The initial engagement runs 90 days. The work is designed to produce prioritized accounts, active plays, and clearer commercial next steps by week 8. Revenue timing depends on the customer and the complexity of the deal.

Do you only advise, or do you execute?

We execute. This is not a deck handed over at the end. We work inside the motion, help advance real accounts, and leave your team with a system they can keep running.

What is the scope of your role and authority?

I provide advisory and hands-on operational support as a fractional Chief Customer Officer. You retain final decision authority on all strategic and financial matters. My role is to advise, recommend, and execute on agreed priorities, not to hold fiduciary duties or employment authority.

What does it cost?

Price depends on scope. We discuss during discovery.

What if this is not the right fit?

We will tell you. We work with select companies where the conditions for enterprise expansion are real. If the timing, account base, or opportunity is not there, we will say so directly.
