You do not know where to focus
Every account gets similar attention, even though only a few have meaningful room to grow right now.
Ramp Zero helps SaaS companies find the customers most likely to grow, build the plan, and move the expansion forward.
Built for Series B and C SaaS companies with valuable enterprise customers and room to grow.
THE REVENUE GAP
Your best customers already use the product. They may even love it. But no one has a clear answer to three questions: Which accounts can grow? Why would they spend more? Who owns the next move?
The problem is not customer value. It is focus and follow-through.
Every account gets similar attention, even though only a few have meaningful room to grow right now.
Customer wins stay buried in success plans and QBRs instead of becoming a reason an executive can approve more investment.
CS sees the signal. Sales owns the number. Leadership expects growth. No one owns the complete path from customer value to expansion.
THE RAMP ZERO APPROACH
We identify the accounts worth pursuing, build the commercial path, and work with your team until real opportunities are moving.
We find the accounts with the strongest combination of need, access, adoption, and budget so your team stops guessing where to focus.
For each priority account, we define who to engage, what business outcome to lead with, and what has to happen next to earn the expansion.
We work alongside CS and Sales on live accounts. Your team learns the motion by using it, not by sitting through another workshop.
SELECTED EXPERIENCE FROM PRIOR ROLES
These examples reflect work I led or materially supported while employed in previous enterprise technology roles. They were not Ramp Zero client engagements.
Challenge: A longstanding enterprise customer needed a consistent way to market, document, and support tens of thousands of vacation homes.
Solution: Partnered with Sales and cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, customer needs, and the operational path for expanding the use of digital twins and capture services.
Outcome: The customer entered a multi-year partnership that expanded the solution’s role in property onboarding and guest service across an international portfolio.
Challenge: A strategic account was at renewal risk. There was no C-level relationship, and adoption was blocked by a missing integration.
Solution: Executive stakeholder mapping, a QBR framework, and an integration roadmap co-built with the customer.
Outcome: Expansion secured, renewal closed, and the executive relationship rebuilt.
Challenge: A deployment across 400+ locations had inconsistent adoption and KPI tracking.
Solution: A standardized KPI framework, region-by-region rollout, and adoption playbook.
Outcome: A 25% adoption lift, 30% faster time-to-value, and all locations aligned on metrics.
Results depended on the contributions of multiple teams and stakeholders. These examples describe my prior professional experience and do not guarantee future outcomes.
THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND RAMP ZERO
We have worked inside complex customer portfolios where renewals, adoption, executive relationships, and expansion all have to move together.
The work taught us how to spot growth potential, earn executive buy-in, and turn customer value into a plan people can act on.

MEET THE FOUNDER
I've spent more than a decade helping enterprise customers turn complex technology into measurable business results. Across Gartner, Nasdaq, PTC, and other enterprise technology companies, I worked inside the accounts, not from the sidelines. That experience included responsibility for a $20M+ enterprise ARR portfolio.
I built Ramp Zero because I kept seeing the same expensive gap: strong products, valuable enterprise customers, and clear room to grow, but no one owned the full path from customer value to expansion revenue. Ramp Zero closes that gap.

HOW IT WORKS
We look at the account base, current motion, team realities, and where meaningful expansion could exist.
We confirm whether the opportunity, timing, and internal commitment can support a high-value engagement.
We embed for 90 days, build the operating system, and work toward visible account progression during the engagement.
If it is not a strong fit, we will tell you.

We keep the first conversation direct. You will leave knowing whether the opportunity is worth pursuing.
Ramp Zero is designed for Series B and C SaaS companies with meaningful enterprise revenue, typically $10M to $100M ARR, where existing accounts have credible room to grow.
You have valuable enterprise customers, a credible product, and executive commitment to expansion. The missing piece is a focused, repeatable motion that turns account potential into revenue.
No. Healthy accounts matter, but the work is built around expansion. We focus on identifying and advancing credible growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
We embed with the leaders and account teams closest to the work. The goal is focused participation, not more meetings. We do the heavy lifting and make the path clear.
The initial engagement is designed around a 90-day operating period. Early work focuses on account prioritization, commercial planning, and activating the strongest opportunities. Timing and outcomes depend on account conditions, customer access, and your team’s participation.
We execute. This is not a deck handed over at the end. We work inside the motion, help advance real accounts, and leave your team with a system they can keep running.
Price depends on scope. We discuss during discovery.
We will tell you. Ramp Zero is designed for companies with meaningful enterprise revenue, credible expansion potential, and leadership prepared to support the work. If those conditions are not present, we will say so directly.
